Satire 1st Post
To us satire is hilarious Carlos Mencia and Dave Chappelle use satire to make fun of thier own race and other people. Also the movie Borat was another example of satire, in the movie the main character goes to america and asks them questions about america’s traditions. In a funny way it exposes americas flaws and stereotypes we have towards our minorities.

In many ways I think the comedic factor is what makes satire so impressionable on the public. They like it because it’s an easy way to get a laugh, and then hopefully they’ll dig deeper and realize the inner message that uncovers flaws in our society.
